Now its up to you to see if the final two will be our very favourites.

She was amazing.

Hey Aussie Idolers

Tonight was a great night but I must say once again Natalie stole the show……….that girl has become amazing and has slowly revealed herself more and more as a very versatile talented young lady..and very sweet and likeable.

She deserved her touchdown…her scatting was simply amazing and she would have suited living in the jazz age in the 30’s and 40’s….what a classic she is!

Carl did well as we would expect and Matt is my favourite although he disappointed me a little tonight…not so much in his performance but something is going on with his demeanor….do you think? He has gone off from being happy go lucky Mattie…hope he snaps out of it.

Last is Marty…hes still there LOL but I do believe this will be his last night…………….he was not up to scratch and did not dare to step up and enter the genre of big band night.

So I say bye byes to him in advance…hope you the public don’t disappoint me again and keep him in……..it is not fair to lose better contestants to him when he clearly is not up to their standards.

Yes he has his own appeal and fan base but he is limited in being Australias Number One Idol.

Well we will see tomorrow night

Hey Aussie Idolers

Well I knew it was going to happen…….the judges killed off Tarisai so very unfairly by getting so personal rather than concentrating on her ability as a performer.

Have we lost the plot as to what Idol is all about?

It almost makes me want to stop watching but then if I did that, who would write this blog LOL

Who feels the same way as I do?

Surely we should wake up and see how much the judges influence votes and not allow them to make us puppets to what I believe they want us to do  ie. crucify some of the contestants and exalt others not as worthy.

Let’s vote fairly on performances PLEASE…..and not get caught up in the pettiness of personalities and traits.

After all, isn’t this supposed to be a talent quest and not some kind of beauty quest?

Hey Aussie Idolers

I think this week has really been unfair to Tarisai for it seems to be a lych mob out to attack her personhood rather than judge her for her talent.

She was awesome tonight and there has been so much criticism against her that it is not allowing her to develop her personality of who she really is ……if you are constantly criticised then you start thinking I need to be someone the public wants to see rather than be yourself in all our differences…..I dont beleive she is fake but rather a girl that has unusual facets to her personality. Let’s accept her as she is.

To sum up I’d like to say to the judges and all criticisers out there…….Leave the poor girl alone and realise different cultures and upbringings cause people to react differently to the pressures of TV LIFE and talent shows.

I think she has a huge future but I strongly feel the judges are causing her damage.

Give her a break PLEASE…..

I personally have not voted for any artist until tonight…..and yes I VOTED FCR TARISAI to help do my part in giving the girl her confidence back.

My money is still on Matt Corby to win but I must say NATALIE GAVE A STUNNING PERMORMANCE TONIGHT and is going to give him a run for his money.

Initially I believed it would be Matt and Tarisai battling towards the finish line , but now due to Tarisais controversial attack upon her “realness” as a person I feel it will now be between Matt and Natalie.

But come on public, lets get behind a girl who has huge potential as a singer Tarisia.

This week we lost Daniel Misfud which I kind of expected ….. still scratching my head as to why Marty Simpson is still around…..does he have extended family in the mafia?

He is a nice boy but certainly not a performer.

Anyways, Tarisai needs to show a little more personality and lift her game as she is getting too comfortable and may miss out on her possible idol status……..she has been disappointing the last few weeks and yet in all truth has the best voice and such potential.

But I guess my money is on Matt Corby for he truly is the most likeable and best all rounder on the show.

Natalie also has possibilities but I dont believe has the same overall appeal as Matt.

Carl is still hanging around to my surprise but definitely has been the most improved….just not charismatic enough for my liking.

So until next week ….voters make sure you  vote for your favourites

Hey Aussie Idolers

 Well after coming back from Thailand I hav suffered two shocks of who has left…Mark Da Costa and now Ben McKenzie.

I was sorry to see both of them go considering they had much more overall talent in both voice and performance then some of the remaining contestants.

Ofcourse in my humble opinion Tarisai Matt and Natalie are my top 3 which Matt seeming to have it all to win..

Carl has been improving every week but I still dont beleive he has what it takes to be Australias newest idol.

And Marty still being there? Phew whats wrong with Australia? There are many singers such as him and much better performers.

What are your thoughts?

Hello Aussie Idolers!

Well I been away and missed 2 weeks of Idol and to my shock we lost our Mark Da Costa.

I was overseas with my daughter who is a professoinal singer and she has been on the website to view the talent……ironically her favourite was Mark Da Costa so I believe its such a shame we lost true mature Aussie talent in this way……how is Marty still in this competition? …and Carl Risely who is still not comfortable in the medium?

That is just my humble opinion but viewers comeon now….

Start voting so we dont lose another good one.

I expected Jacob to leave but he had a good run and had good value while on the show. Well done Jacob…..all good expereince for ya!

Well that it for my catch up post………see ya tomorrow for the verdict for this week……..

My guess is……….Marty to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Aussie Idolers!

Told ya LOL……it was Lanas time to leave, but I am shocked Marty wasn’t in the bottom 3……..what a joke to have Tarisai taking his place……

We better get voting cause Tarisai should not be in the bottom 3 ever…she is an outstanding talent.

We wish Lana well in her HSC….if she does nearly as well as she did on Idol she will do ok….she did better than really any of us expected for her talent was not nearly as impressive as some of the others.

Anyways, congrats to all who got through to final 9.

Cant wait till next week for accoustic night…….should be fun!
